The past two days
have been dedicated to Halo, reading, and Vlad.

This is the last time I will see him for 3 weeks.
I suppose Sundance is a good reason to be apart.
So far I think I’m doing pretty alright.
A quick recap:
- We get to sleep in the same room, but not the same bed (which is okay)
- We built the Christmas tree, which resulted in me being “initiated” into the family
- I said what I was thankful for, resulting in her nodding her head in approval
- I tried all of the food Vivian (Vlad’s mom) made (it was all good)
- We played Wii sports and I lost every game against Vlad
- I played Just Dance 3 and impressed her
- I got drunk and told her that I’m independent and fight for what I love
We won a costume contest! And a printer!
Me and my boyfriend, Vlad. This picture was taken around our second month of dating. I put it in a frame and gave it to him for Christmas.
It has been over two years and he still smiles at it and tells me it’s his favorite.

Today is a pretty important day.
Why you ask? Well it happens to be my first ever anniversary.
I have never been in a relationship with an individual for longer than 3 months. I’m stoked about this. One full year…
There will be more on this when something actually happens.
I was just thinking
that there are so many people that actually, legitimately care about me and my well-being. They know who they are and I just want to say:
Thank you.
What a phenomenal weekend.
Days like the ones that I have just lived remind me of how lucky I truly am.
